YOUTH PROGRAMS orchestra@azperformingarts.org
Golden Corridor Youth Symphony is a string performance ensemble. We will add woodwinds, brass and percussion when the string sections are at sufficient numbers to support them. If you are a brass, woodwind or percussion player and interested in joining please submit your name and contact information. Oboe, Bassoon and French Horn students are strongly encouraged to sign up. Students improve their musicianship while refining their ensemble and performance skills with regular scheduled clinics by qualified area musicians and by preparing great masterworks for concert presentation. Placement is determined solely by the musicianship demonstrated at audition and is at the discretion of the conductors. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:00pm weekly September through May.

ADULT PROGRAMS orchestra@azperformingarts.org
Golden Corridor Adult Symphony is a string performance ensemble. We will add woodwinds, brass and percussion when the string sections are at sufficient numbers to support them. If you are a brass, woodwind or percussion player and interested in joining after we have built the string sections, please submit your name and contact information. Oboe, Bassoon and French Horn players are strongly encouraged to sign up. The primary focus is to provide a joyous opportunity for musical expression and to promote the performing arts in our communities and schools. One major commitment in conjunction with this symphony is presenting programs to our schools throughout Pinal County. Education is our primary objective! The adult symphony rehearsals are Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm weekly September through May in Casa Grande.

As a grassroots organization dedicated to promoting the performing arts within our communities of Pinal County. We have waived tuition, however please consider sponsoring a child to support those children/youth who truly cannot afford to pursue musical study. We as musicians within each of our communities in Pinal County have a unique and vital role, a role that is effective and vibrant if we consolidate our resources and work together. We will shape our future and build a quality performing arts center together, impact and educate future generations to appreciate and support the arts.
Golden Corridor Chamber Ensembles
What a great way to showcase Pinal County’s talented musicians! As a member of the Golden Corridor Symphony other ensembles will be formed to promote the performing arts though concerts, school presentations and fundraising opportunities.
